With “Big Boom End Year Sales” Campaign in Q4

Plus, Bond good response in market  


Risland Thailand, a leading real estate company, announces its achievement in the first nine months as it hit 83% of its sales target this year. The company also launched a “Big Boom End Year Sales” campaign to boost sales in the last quarter with special discounts up to 3.5 million baht. Another success it made in 2021 is its bond issuance which very good response from investor.


Dr. Zhang Lianggang, President of Risland Thailand says that the company has a great performance in the first nine months of this year (Jan-Sep 2021) as it generated total sales of 6.26 billion baht, equivalent to 83% of the annual target at 7.5 billion baht and increasing 22% from 4.875 billion baht in the same period last year. This reflects that Risland’s projects truly meet the customers’ demand thanks to its location connected to the urban area, allowing them to commute to other areas conveniently, and its complete provision of indoor and outdoor facilities and pleasant services to serve every lifestyle.

Meanwhile, the company has adopted digital marketing strategies to reach more customers, for example, it offers a channel to make reservations with an online payment system. On top of that, customers are confident in Risland and choose its project because of Risland’s well-recognized brand in the global market and expertise in the real estate business. All these factors enable the company to achieve its sales target and grow continuously.


To generate more sales in the 4th quarter, Risland Thailand has launched a series of “Big Boom End Year Sales” campaigns from October to December by giving special discounts up to 3.5 million baht. It also offers many more promotions for six condominium projects comprising Artisan Ratchada, Cloud Thonglor-Phetchaburi, Cloud Sukhumvit 23, The Livin Petchkasem, Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64 and The Livin Ramkhamhaeng, and a single or detached housing project Lake Serene Rama 2. For customers who make reservations via, they will receive gift vouchers worth 10,000 baht and 20,000 baht. Risland Thailand also plans to add some new colors to its marketing strategies by returning the profit to customers every month.

The property industry is forecast to revive in Q4/2021 with a similar growth in Q1/2021. Dr. Zhang adds that Risland Thailand has successfully issued another Bond in September 2021which is the second time since 2019 in Thailand capital market. The issuance had attracted large institutional and HNW investors and received a very good response from them. The bond is a name-registered, senior, secured bond with a bondholders’ representative. It has the tenor of 1year, 2 years and 3 years and bears the interest rate of 3.7%, 4% and 4.75% per annum, respectively.


“This successful story shows the investor’s confidence toward our bond, assigned the credit rating of AA (tha) with stable outlook by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Company.
