Reports to: Project Manager

Job Description

• • Manage milestone target and Project planing of construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner and match customer handover date and master plan schedule.
• • Cooperate with main contractor in every works, e.g. planning, meeting, issue solving, variation order, shop drawing, RFA, RFI, RI and all reports.
• • Coordinate with QS for work progress payment, shop drawing and VO cost. Value Engineering must meet the standard, quality and customer agreement.
• • Conduct on site investigations and analyze data.
• • Manage foreman and subcons to ensure quality and efficiency of work (QC).
• • Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• • Purchase equipment/materials.
• • Review and combine drawing of structural, architectural, MEP, Hardscape, Landscape and infrastructure to avoid conflict.
• • Support all required documents and coordinate with government officer for site work.
• • After service support for client issue, requirement to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• •Over 3 years working experience in Civil engineering and Housing estate.
• • Good communication, Problem solving, Decision-making ability, Team work skill.
• • Proficient English both spoken and write.
• • Work under highly pressure.
• Can work independently**
