Job Purpose

       Integrated Marketing plan development – establish overall marketing plan broken down into long and short-term for project, ensure marketing plan are aligned to achieve customer development targets, develop appropriate marketing mix, implementation plans and corresponding budget.       

Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis – Lead and undertake continuous analysis of customer behavior research, stay up-to-date with competitive environment and overall real estate trend in Thailand.
  • Implementation of marketing plan – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, advertising, and PR.
  • Sales Team support – work closely with project sales team, enable them to fulfill their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
  • Develop strategic and analytical frameworks to identify critical issues/opportunities and provide strategic recommendation
  • Analyze competition strategy in products & coverage competitive, Pricing, Assess possible future move as well as propose reaction strategy.
  • Analyze client for develop marketing plan
  • Hold events or campaigns to drive sales volume
  • Can do both online and offline marketing
  • Do the marketing report

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in project marketing, experienced in high-rise project will be highly considered
  • Direct experience in Real estate marketing is required. 
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Required own laptop or computer
  • Can work under high pressure
  • Flexible and result-oriented 
  • Able to lead marketing team
  • Able to work on weekend if needed
